Jason Mesut is the Experience Director at The Team, one of the UK's leading integrated creative communications consultancies. Jason has had a long and varied career in the user experience industry having worked in pivotal positions at LBi, Flow Interactive, PA Consulting and Yell.com. Throughout his career he has worked for a wide range of clients including Orange, HMV, Logica, Multimap, Universal Music, Becta, Cisco and RBS. However, he is probably best respected for his experience strategy and interaction design work in the healthcare sector working with the Map of Medicine, NHS Choices and National Library for Health. Jason is never short of an opinion, scared of speaking his mind or swimming against the tide. One of the most passionate user experience people you'll ever meet, Jason is keen to offer mentorship and advice to those new to the industry.

Darren is an award winning digital specialist with ten years experience of large full cycle website design, digital outdoor development and ground breaking interactive TV sites for the UK's biggest media brands. He is passionate about leveraging business value and e‐commerce user experience methodology.
Darren’s experience covers blue chip operators within retail, publishing, banking and, latterly, lottery sectors. In a varied career, Darren’s created two of the top five e‐commerce websites in the UK. Roles have encompassed User Experience Management, Product Management, Digital Strategy and Strategic Planning to enhance both brand value and return on investment.
Clients have included The National Lottery, BBC, BT, KLM, Ford and Reuters to name but a few. Specialties include information architecture, user‐focused design, digital strategy and emerging trends.
Robert Fein is a User Experience Leader and Advocate with over 15 years of experience across a range of industries (retail, government, telecom, leisure, financial services, energy, construction, and non-profit) and domains (device, new media, mobile, consumer software, enterprise software, client-server, IVR). In the year and half he's been Director of User Experience at Grand Union, he's increased the size of his team fourfold, been responsible for the most improved (usability) website of 2009 and has been instrumental in making user experience a key competitive advantage for GU. Among the work he has helped win and direct the user experience (but are still being built) are BestBuy.co.uk, Waitrose and Digital UK.

Jason Buck is an accomplished User-Experience Designer (UXD) / Information Architect (IA) / Interaction Designer (IXD) and has worked in digital industries since 1998. He consistently follows user-centred design (UCD) principles to produce ROI-accountable online tools and services. Jason’s skill is in understanding and articulating an organisations’ objectives to make the best online services and tools for both the organisation and the people who use them. His clients include The Financial Times, Directgov, Dare Digital, Profero and Hyper Happen and was award shortlisted for his work for Rolls-Royce.
